Body Rolling with Jacque Benton
Combine strengthening and toning of exercise with the release of deep tissue massage, Improves Connective Tissue, helps heal and prevent injury and soreness, improves bone denisty, help to build core strength, improving balance and posture. All equipment will be provided.
