Here’s a great membership perk (yes, another one!)
As a new member, we offer and encourage you to take advantage of our complimentary fitness orientation. We’ll help you set up a fitness program to meet your needs and goals, and acquaint you with our equipment.
The orientation appointments have been divided into sections to ensure you have thorough knowledge of proper technique, and are completely comfortable with your program and equipment.
This is also the time you’ll get to speak to our trainers about strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility work and nutrition. Ask anything you want, try to stump them; they love a good challenge.
After your orientation, we’ll touch base with you every 90 days or so to review your program, check in with you and make any necessary adjustments. Remember, our fitness staff is always available to answer your questions or help you in any way.
