Anya Karapetian

Anya Karapetian

Anya received her training at Alive and Well Institute of Conscious Bodywork in San Anselmo. Her bodywork is a practice of joy, and it is her pleasure to design a massage session that encourages the body to rest, recover from exertion, and revive. Anya’s style is therapeutic, yet relaxing. She will work only as deeply as you and the tissue permit – and always with your comfort and safety forefront. She utilizes techniques from her training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, and Polarity Therapy, along with active spindle-cell releases, helping to release muscle tension. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing backgammon in her spare time.

Cassandra Houghton

Cassandra Houghton

Having graduated, Summer 1993, from the Institute of Psycho-structural Balancing in Culver City, CA, Cassandra began her massage practice with private clients in Long Beach, CA.

After 17 years of practicing in San Francisco and Berkley, and with
additional schooling at The World School of Massage, where she studied lymphatic drainage, her speciality is working with clients on an intuitive level, with attention given to each client’s individual needs.

Cassandra has had her own private practice in Healdsburg for the last 6 years and has enjoyed working for many local inns, a spa, bed and breakfasts, and in private residences as a travel masseuse.

In addition to massage, her personal interests include working with children, herbal studies and fabric arts.
Ella Maloy

Ella Maloy

Ella combines her intuitive touch with various techniques to effectively address clients’ needs. Her massage modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, tui na/shiatsu, hot stone, lymphatic, stretching, reflexology, and acupressure. Ella brings her natural healing touch and caring presence to her massage practice. In addition to massage, Ella has a private practice in Jin Shin Jyutsu energy work and flower essence therapy. She enjoys gardening, walking/hiking, reading and dancing.

Holly Kolsbun

Holly has been a certified massage therapist since 1990 where she studied the art of massage therapy in Santa Cruz, CA. Since moving to Healdsburg in 2000, Holly has expanded her practice of massage therapy to include the modalities of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Therapy, Pregnancy and Four Handed massage. Her modalities include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Pregnancy Therapy, and Four Handed Therapy.

Judy Demakas

Judy has a wide range of specialities and a natural healing touch. She combines varied modalities to promote relaxation and create a feeling of balance. Her positive energy and awareness of the mind body connection are captured in her massage.
PJ Savastano

PJ Savastano

PJ has been a massage therapist since 1995. She is a highly skilled therapist trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Lomi, Stretching and Watsu. She has worked at the Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa as well as providing massage for the Gaige House Inn. PJ creates a safe and nurturing environment through the quality of her touch and caring presence PJ’s intention is to “ease tension, soothe the soul and bring a warm smile.”

Ruth Dixon

Ruth Dixon

Ruth has been practicing the healing arts since 1987. She received her initial training in Swedish-Esalen massage from the Sara Stewart School of Massage in Sonoma. Ruth also incorporates Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Reiki, and Thai massage in her sessions. In every massage Ruth focuses on assisting each individual with an open heart and mind as she uses her intuitive touch of healing to release stress and aid in the balancing of mind and spirit. Her Massages are nurturing, relaxing, and healing.

Susan Hegvold

Susan is certified through The Sebastopol Massage Center and has maintained a continuation of education with The San Francisco School of Massage, Body Therapy Association, and classes for intuitive touch. She uses various modalities to encourage whole body healing. Susan focuses on creating a healing space for recharging body and soul. She has found new strength and vitality through yoga, is active in theater with her children, and artistic endeavors in the South A arts district in Santa Rosa.
