We are pleased to welcome Jessie Snyder to our Parkpoint team. Jessie is our newest personal trainer and we are thrilled to have her on board!
Jessie Snyder holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Humboldt State. She is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as Corrective Exercise Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Jessie enjoys teaching clients corrective, functional exercises as well as Olympic style progressions and lifts as she is a Certified Level 1 coach through USA Weightlifting Association (USAW).
Jessie works with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Her enthusiasm encourages clients to have fun and enjoy the process of becoming healthier.

Adrianne Meese
Adrianne Meese is a certified personal trainer with NESTA. She works with all levels of fitness; specializing in strength and endurance training. Adrianne is currently attending SRJC with and Exercise Science major. She plans all her workouts to be intense, full of energy, and fun! She strives to help each client reach their healthy fitness goals and won’t stop until they’re accomplished!
Dahdri McCormick
Dahdri McCormick (Pilates Director) holds a BS degree in Food Science and Nutrition from SDSU and a professional certificate in Health Mgmt/Fitness instruction from UCSD. With over 32 years in the fitness industry, Dahdri holds numerous certifications in personal training, pilates, aquatic fitness and group exercise. Dahdri specializes in core fitness, balance and stabilization training and enjoys training all fitness levels.
Jan Blalock
Janice (Jan) Blalock (Fitness and Group Exercise Director) has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years. A former professional dancer and avid runner, Jan is a sought after Group Exercise Instructor and currently teaches Zumba, Strength and Cardio Dance classes. She is comfortable working with people at all levels of fitness, including those with rehabilitation needs and those just getting started. Her fitness philosophy:

Jen Clouse
Jen Clouse is a graduate from Concordia University Irvine with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Business. She has a Personal Training Certification from the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF). Jen has been active in Varsity Track and Cross Country at Ursuline High School and is currently the assistant Track and Cross Country coach for both Ursuline and Cardinal Newman. She specializes in all aspects of running, both recreationally and competitively, but also focuses on functional fitness training, with an emphasis on core and stability training.
Jennifer Hampson
Jennifer Hampson has a Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been competing in and coaching Triathlon for over ten years. Additionally, she holds certifications in LeMond indoor cycling and TRX suspension training. She holds a Bachelors in Dance from Barat College School of the Arts with an emphasis on Anatomy and Kinesiology. With a professional dance career that spans 20 years, she has taught movement of the human body to students of all types, ages and abilities. Her background in both sports and performing arts has generated a natural and particular interest in core stabilization and balance training, each of which act as a critical foundation of movement. On any given day, you may find her on the fitness floor, on the pool deck, in the cycling studio or on the road with athletes. She is proud to be part of such a diverse and resourceful team here at Parkpoint.

Layne Scoggins
ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Keiser Indoor Cycling Instructor and USA Triathlon certified. Layne is a passionate cyclist, triathlon competitor and a six-time Ironman finisher. He has been a cycling instructor for Parkpoint since 2009 as well as a triathlon coach. As a discerning listener and an enthusiastic motivator dedicated to meeting the needs and interests of his clients, he is very skilled in training individuals of all abilities.

Lilli Inman
Lilli has worked as Group Exercise Instructor since 1983, leading a wide range of group fitness classes in Marin, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Sonoma counties. She obtained her Aerobic Certification from Cal State Hayward in 1986, was certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of Amercia (AFAA) as Group Exercise Instructor in1998, and certified as a Senior Fitness Instructor and Prenatal Fitness Instructor in 2000. In 2003 Lilli shifted her focus to personal training and was certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as Personal Trainer. Lilli is very active in martial arts and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her other hobbies include skiing, cycling, and gardening.

Mike Melchor
Michael entered the fitness field in 1998 as a strength and conditioning instructor aid while attending college and has made it his career specializing in post rehabilitative and preventative exercising programming since graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara in 2004. He holds multiple national recognized certifications and credentials including NASM, AFAA, and ACE. During the summer months Michael enjoys backpacking and any sport or activity that is in or around a body of water.
Sabrina Mitchell
Sabrina has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years and is dedicated to ongoing education and training. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Reebok Certified Cycling Instructor, and has taken numerous courses and trainings over the years. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor with Parkpoint since 1985 and specializes in both strength and effective cardio training. As a Pilates Personal Trainer, Sabrina trained with Balanced Body University and completed Levels I – IV in reformer as well as mat training. With her diverse background Sabrina is able to train clients of all ages and fitness levels either on the fitness floor or in the Pilates Studio. She specializes in addressing muscular imbalances, strengthening and stabilizing the core and staying fit as we age. Sabrina has the unique ability to connect with any individual and create a program based on their needs and abilities.

Sean Kennedy
Sean’s 15 years of personal training experience is rooted by a strong educational background. He holds numerous certifications, the most prestigious being his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential. The CSCS is granted by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the only nationally accredited certification organization in the country. A bachelor of science degree is required for CSCS certification.
Sean’s training methods are dynamic, challenging and never boring. “I strive to keep things fun and interesting by constantly changing the workout protocol. The workouts are designed to improve explosive power, as wells as cardiovascular fitness and physical stamina. Taking a whole body training approach, I utilize compound movements that simultaneously involve the upper and lower body, whenever possible. The program is geared around circuit and interval training, with a significant focus on strengthening the core (low back and abs) along with the upper and lower extremities. The goal to improve balance, agility and coordination, in addition to strength. I can't promise to add years to your life, but I hope to add life to your years.”
Vicky McEnhill
Vicky has completed the Pilates Reformer certification through the National Association for Fitness Certification (NAFC). Vicky is a favorite long-time personal trainer here at Parkpoint and joins the Pilates training staff with an emphasis on postural assessment to help strengthen weak muscles and stretch tight muscles to improve and enhance function.
