Parkpoint’s Pilates staff are all certified Pilates trainers. They will help you create a personalized program that addresses your needs and helps you reach your goals. Under their guidance you will become more aware of how your body functions, and learn how to move with greater control, efficiency, and strength. It will feel as if you are meeting your body for the first time––in a good way!
Our Pilates Trainers offer one-on-one training on both the mat and the Reformer, a piece of equipment specifically designed to train the body using Pilates principles.

Dahdri McCormick
Dahdri McCormick (Fitness and Group Exercise Director) holds a BS degree in Food Science and Nutrition from SDSU and a professional certificate in Health Mgmt/Fitness instruction from UCSD. With over 32 years in the fitness industry, Dahdri holds numerous certifications in personal training, pilates, aquatic fitness and group exercise. Dahdri specializes in core fitness, balance and stabilization training and enjoys training all fitness levels.
Jan Boal
Jan Boal, Master Instructor and Movement Specialist comes to Parkpoint Healdsburg as the previous owner and director of one of the first Pilates studio in Kansas City. As a Certified Pilates Instructor with over 12 years of experience, Jan brings a wealth of therapeutic and sports oriented knowledge to her instruction. Because of her personal degenerative back problems from years of aerobics, running and weight lifting it was a natural progression for her to work with clients with similar problems. So whether your goals are strength, cardio or becoming pain free, working with Jan will change your life….guaranteed!
"I was heading for major issues and if it were not for Pilates training I could not have continued my running endeavors." She studied with Danny Dryer of Chi Running and Walking technique, and obtained her comprehensive Pilates Certification through Center Works Pilates and studied over 90 hours with Master Teacher Dianne Miller of Vancouver Canada.
In addition to Pilates, Jan is and ACE Certified Personal Trainer (1996) and affiliated with Pilates Method Alliance (2002) and IDEA (1996). As an avid walker and runner Jan also finished in 8 marathons, 2 half Iron Man Competitions and two Pikes Peak Marathons (2006 & 07) and trained over 17 years for triathlons and competitive road racing. She is very happy to be back in her home state of California after living in Kansas for over 35 years.
Mike Melchor
Michael entered the fitness field in 1998 as a strength and conditioning instructor aid while attending college and has made it his career specializing in post rehabilitative and preventative exercising programming since graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara in 2004. He holds multiple national recognized certifications and credentials including NASM, AFAA, and ACE. During the summer months Michael enjoys backpacking and any sport or activity that is in or around a body of water.
Nina Joly
Trained in Pilates Mat and Apparatus through the highly regarded Body Kinetics Studio in Mill Valley from 2005-2006. Certified by the American Council on Exercise in Group Exercise, Nina holds additional certifications in kickboxing, spinning, aqua, and NIA. Her goal for clients is to develop a fitness regime that includes cardio, strength, core strength and flexibility for a balanced and fun workout that will ultimately enhance and improve sports performances as well as functional daily movement.

Sabrina Mitchell
Sabrina has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years and is dedicated to ongoing education and training. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Reebok Certified Cycling Instructor, and has taken numerous courses and trainings over the years. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor with Parkpoint since 1985 and specializes in both strength and effective cardio training. As a Pilates Personal Trainer, Sabrina trained with Balanced Body University and completed Levels I – IV in reformer as well as mat training. With her diverse background Sabrina is able to train clients of all ages and fitness levels either on the fitness floor or in the Pilates Studio. She specializes in addressing muscular imbalances, strengthening and stabilizing the core and staying fit as we age. Sabrina has the unique ability to connect with any individual and create a program based on their needs and abilities.

Vicky McEnhill
Vicky has completed the Pilates Reformer certification through the National Association for Fitness Certification (NAFC). Vicky is a favorite long-time personal trainer here at Parkpoint and joins the Pilates training staff with an emphasis on postural assessment to help strengthen weak muscles and stretch tight muscles to improve and enhance function.
