Masters Swim

Pool ScheduleA Masters Swim Class is a workout in the pool that helps you:

  • Learn to incorporate swimming into your daily life
  • Train for specific races
  • Add variety to your cardio routine

These classes are drop-in and included in your monthly membership fees. You will also find details of these on the group exercise schedule.

Team Taught by Coach Lorna Hayman & Matthew Smith

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30–7:30am
4 Lanes
Intermediate to Advanced
Recommended for participation in class:

  • Complete 4x100s freestyle on 2:00 comfortably
  • Knowledge of all 4 strokes
  • Comfortable using Pace clock & an understanding of interval training

Coach Dan Greaves

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12–1pm
4 Lanes
Beginner* to Advanced
Recommended for participation in Dan’s class:

  • Having endurance for a 45-minute cardio workout
  • Comfortable swimming freestyle

Coach Lorna Hayman

Wednesdays 5:30–6:30pm
3 Lanes
Beginner* to Advanced
Recommended for participation in Lorna’s class:

  • All levels of swimming and fitness are welcome
  • One lane for beginners and two lanes are used for workout swimmers

*Please note on the class description “beginner” means new to a swim workout, not learning to swim. Beginner level may contact Lyndy at (707) 385-2500 to discuss private lesson options.
