Walking Workout with Sabrina
Mondays at 5:30pm
This 45 minute class will include a 5 minute warm-up, 30 minute outdoor walk, ending with a 10 minute stretch routine.

Outdoor Cycling Series with Jennifer
Wednesdays at 5:30pm
This 6-week series is geared for all levels and will give you instruction on basic equipment and skills for cycling outdoors – road or mountain bike. Whether you ride for fun or are getting prepared for a specific event, this class is for you.
Members: FREE, Non-members: $72 for series, $15 for drop in.

Kids’ Night Out (Ages: 2 – 12 years old) 
September 19, 2008 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Kids Night Out provides a chance for kids to socialize with other kids in a positive and healthy environment, while giving their parents the opportunity for a night of their own.
Cost: Members: $20 per child; Guest of Member: $30 per child

Healdsburg Half Marathon and Kids Pumpkin Fun Run!

The race will take you through Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys and finish at Warm Springs recreation area next to Lake Sonoma. After the race, parents can get their kids involved in the Kids Pumpkin Run, a costumed race around Foss Creek Circle, a costume contest, and a pumpkin toss!
