Jan has been working in the fitness industry for over 35 years. A former professional dancer & avid runner, Jan is a sought-after Group Exercise Instructor & currently teaches Zumba, Strength, Barre, & Cardio Dance classes. She is comfortable working with people at all levels of fitness, including those with rehabilitation needs & those just getting started. “Try lots of things until you find something you really like to do. Variety is the spice of life!”

Kristan Arreguin

Kristan Arreguin

Kristan has enjoyed & made fitness a huge part of his life for over 10 years. Starting with strength training, he added running, cycling, & swimming to his regimen, ultimately leading to running races & completing triathlons. He has learned & now appreciates the fact that exercise not only brings physical change, but also increases mental clarity! Kristan is a NASM Certified Personnel Trainer & also enjoys constructing circuit strength/cardio training for individuals as well as groups. “You are capable of doing so much with your body. Emily is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. She is also a certified TRX Coach and Functional Training Specialist. Emily grew up in the health and fitness industry and always had an active lifestyle and a passion for health and fitness. She has worked with a wide range of clients from rehabilitating injuries to improving strength and overall fitness. She specializes in strength training, mobility training, HIIT training (strength-based), and injury prevention and recovery. “You are capable of doing so much with your body. Caleb Guest

Caleb Guest

Caleb has always been an active individual who loves participating in a wide variety of sports & fitness activities. Caleb graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & a minor in Sports Nutrition. Caleb is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), he holds a Certificate of Applied Functional Science (CAFS) from the Gray Institute, and is a USA Triathlon Level 2 Coach & USA Cycling Level 3 coach. Caleb thrives on continuously learning the ins-and-outs of how the body works, how to best prepare it for the physical challenges of an active lifestyle, & conveying this knowledge to individuals who are chasing their own personal fitness dreams and goals. “If we all did the things we are capable of, we’d literally astound ourselves.” Voted Best Personal Trainer, The Healdsburg Tribune 2023 Best of Awards.

Vicky McEnhill

Vicky has completed the Pilates Reformer certification through the National Association for Fitness Certification (NAFC). Vicky is a favorite long-time personal trainer here at Parkpoint & joins the Pilates training staff with an emphasis on postural assessment to help strengthen weak muscles & stretch tight muscles to improve & enhance function.

Sabrina Mitchell

Sabrina Mitchell

Sabrina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Reebok Certified Cycling Instructor, & has taken numerous courses & trainings over the years. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor with Parkpoint since 1985 & specializes in both strength & effective cardio training. As a Pilates Personal Trainer, Sabrina trained with Balanced Body University & completed Levels I–IV in reformer as well as mat training. With her diverse background, Sabrina is able to train clients of all ages & fitness levels either on the fitness floor or in the Pilates Studio. She specializes in addressing muscular imbalances, strengthening & stabilizing the core, and staying fit as we age. Sabrina has the unique ability to connect with any individual & create a program based on their needs & abilities. “I want to inspire, motivate, & coach my clients so that they achieve their goals.”

Layne is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Keiser Indoor Cycling Instructor, & USA Triathlon certified. Layne is a passionate cyclist, triathlon competitor, & a six-time Ironman finisher. As a discerning listener & an enthusiastic motivator dedicated to meeting the needs and interests of his clients, he is very skilled in training individuals of all abilities. “Your body is the greatest instrument you’ll ever have. Use & move it every day.”

Shelly Southwick

Shelly Southwick

Shelly has been working in the fitness industry since 1997, and is certified through ACE, NETA, SCW YogaFit level 1, Cycle Reebok, and Bosu Integrated Training, and is a Functional Training Specialist. She has had a wide variety of clients that range from pre-post rehab to the elite athlete. Over the years she has been teaching a variety of classes including Step, Body Sculpt, Yoga, TRX, Cycle, Tread N Shred, Drill Strength, and H.I.I.T Tabata Interval Training. Shelly’s interest in fitness came in part after she was diagnosed at 14 years old with an auto immune disease called Lupus. After going through about 20 years of fighting the disease and taking medicines that didn’t work, she tried exercise as a means to fight back, which has proven successful. Fitness has been a very large part of Shelly’s life ever since. Shelly is very passionate about both teaching and training, her exercises are known to be fun, creative and customized to meet the needs of her each individual client. She truly loves her job, during which time she enjoys getting to know people and helping them with their fitness goals. “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. Let me help motivate you toward your fitness & health goals.”

Earl Strong

Earl has been in the fitness, health, & wellness industries since 1999. He has worked with very diverse populations, from professional athletes to youth, post-rehab patients, weekend warriors, & recreational exercisers. Helping others to realize & achieve their health & fitness goals has been a rewarding & fulfilling endeavor! Earl is a very popular Group Fitness Instructor & his Fit Over Fifty classes are packed! “Maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness, staying mobile & agile, & meeting my body’s nutritional needs are a priority in my life. I try to lead by example & understand that “health & fitness” means something different to everyone.”
