Front Desk & Housekeeping, Parkpoint Healdsburg

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a fun, pro-active, professional attitude for the front desk and housekeeping positions at our Healdsburg facility. This position requires a friendly, outgoing, responsible, service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Previous customer service experience and good references are a must! This position includes women’s locker room and general facility housekeeping duties.

Front Desk Reception is a fun position requiring customer service experience to provide friendly, professional, courteous and efficient service to Club members and their guests. The job requires multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced environment, and experience with multiple phone lines and computer point of sale systems. Responsibilities include providing information on Club events and policies, checking members in, taking reservations, completing sales transactions, and acting as telephone receptionist.

Additionally, this position maintains the cleanliness and presentation of the club including the women’s locker room by performing locker room checks, stocking amenities, folding towels, tidying up the lobby area, pool and spa chemical checks, and operating the washer and dryer.

Available shifts include:
Monday 1 pm–9:30 pm
Tuesday 5 pm–9:30 pm
Sunday 1:30 pm–7:30 pm

CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire–training is provided.

Parkpoint is always looking for certified, quality instructors to sub a variety of classes including TRX, water fitness classes, cycling/spinning classes, Nia, yoga, and more. Previous experience is preferred – must be a skilled and competent instructor.
