Our Healdsburg club is now Hiring!

We are looking for enthusiastic team players with a fun, pro-active, professional attitude for our front desk at our Healdsburg location. Must be a friendly, outgoing, responsible, service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Previous experience and good references are a must! Front Desk Reception requires outstanding customer service skills to provide friendly, professional, courteous and efficient service to Club members and their guests.

Shifts available:

Mondays 5:00 pm – 9:30 pm, Fridays 1 pm – 9:30 pm, Tuesdays 5:00 pm – 9:30 pm, Thursdays 4:00 pm – 9:30 pm

These positions require multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced environment, and experience with multiple phone lines and computer point of sale systems. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in members, providing information on Club events and policies, taking reservations, completing sales transactions and acting as telephone receptionist.

Responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the club including the lobby area and locker rooms by folding towels, tidying up the lobby area, performing women’s locker room cleaning duties, stocking amenities, pool and spa chemical checks, and operating the washer and dryer.

CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire

$12.50 – $14 per hour DOE plus a Club Membership!

Make a difference in the health and well-being of others! Join Parkpoint Health Club’s positive team environment as a Fitness Staff person and Personal Trainer.

This Fitness Staff position is a part-time hourly position that includes fitness floor shifts per week along with personal training privileges. All candidates must hold a current nationally recognized Personal Training certificate. We are currently hiring for our Santa Rosa Club for Tuesdays 3:45 pm – 7:45 pm and Saturdays 8 am – 12 pm.

Fitness Floor Staff Responsibilites: you will work regular shifts on the floor, circulating and providing members with pro-active, personalized, enthusiastic customer service as outlined below:
Member outreach, support, and encouragement
Assist members on cardio and strength equipment
Lead circuit workouts
Conduct fitness orientations for new members
Complete daily cleaning duties
Attend staff meetings
Work as a team with other trainers, departments, and managers

Personal Trainer: Once approved for Personal Training you will have the opportunity to acquire and train clients during a variety of hours. Candidates must hold a recognized national certification in personal training (such as ACE, ACSM, NSCA or NASM) and have at least one year of experience in a fitness-related field. A degree in a related field and previous health club experience are a plus. CPR and AED certification is required. Good references are a must.

Competitive compensation and Club Membership included:

Floor Rate: $14 – $18 per hour DOE / PT Rates: $24-$30 per hour DOE


Handy with tools, equipment repairs, and trouble-shooting? Are you an energetic self-starter and team player with a great work ethic?

Join Santa Rosa Parkpoint Health Club’s positive team environment as a Fitness Equipment Maintenance Technician.

This part-time position with a flexible work schedule requires from 15 – 20 hours per week. Technician responsibilities include daily and periodic preventative maintenance, safety checks, trouble shooting, part ordering, installation, and repairs. This position reports directly to the Fitness Director and requires consistent and timely reporting of the equipment status and repairs in progress.

Requirements include:
Mechanical Aptitude – experienced with using hand tools
Prior small motor and/or equipment repair experience preferred
Ability to work well independently or as a team
Excellent English communication skills
Good customer service and people skills

Compensation from $16 – $18 DOE – includes a Club membership.

Interested in joining our Group Exercise Staff? Parkpoint is always looking for certified, quality instructors to sub a variety of classes including TRX, water fitness classes, cycling/spinning classes, Nia, yoga, and more.
