Master Swim

Masters Swim Classes are a workout that takes place in the pool—you can take these in order to:

  • Learn to incorporate swimming into your daily life
  • Train for specific races
  • Add variety to your cardio routine

These classes are drop in and included in your monthly membership fees. You will also find details of these on the group exercise schedule.

Intermediate to Advanced
Recommended for participation in Karen’s Class:
 

  • Complete 4x100s freestyle on 2:00 comfortably
  • Knowledge of all 4 strokes
  • Comfortable using Pace clock & an understanding of interval training

Beginner * to Advanced
Recommended for participation in Dan’s Class:

  • Having endurance for a 45 minute cardio workout
  • Comfortable swimming freestyle

5:30 pm—6:30 pm

Beginner * to Advanced
Recommended for participation in Lorna’s Class:

  • All levels of swimming & fitness are welcome.
  • One lane for beginners & two lanes are used for workout swimmers.
