You.Fit. Rewards
What is You.Fit. Rewards?
Simply put, You.Fit. Rewards is a Parkpoint Club program that awards credits - and eventually prizes! - for every workout and activity you do at the club. It includes all workouts on the Fitness Floor, all classes, all special seminars and activities. Plus, some activities and programs earn extra credits or multiple credits to encourage you to try something new.

Who can participate in You.Fit. Rewards?
Every Parkpoint member is eligible to participate in the program. You don’t have to do anything special to participate, simply come to the club and workout! There is no sign-up or registration.

How do I begin?
Each year we print up a new pocket-size calendar that will be used to track your workouts. Calendars can be picked up at the Front Desk or through the Membership Department. As soon as you have a calendar and are tracking your workouts, you are a part of You.Fit. Rewards.

How do I track my credits? And what is a credit worth?
Each time you workout in the club, you ask the Front Desk staff or a trainer to stamp your calendar. One credit is earned for each kind of workout with a maximum of 3 credits per day.

A Cardio workout earns you a “C”, a Strength workout earns an “S”, a Flexibility workout earns an “F” - if all three components are earned in one day, you’ll receive an “A” worth 3 credits. All the classes in the Group Exercise schedule have a C,S, or F by them indicating the credits earned for taking class.

What are You.Fit. Monthly Rewards?
Consistency is the key to keeping fit and Parkpoint rewards you for your consistency! Simply workout 2 times or more each week for a full calendar month, have your calendar stamped to show that you have, and after your first month you’ll receive a FREE You.Fit. Rewards T-shirt.

Additionally, every month that you consistently workout 2 or more times you’ll be able to enter in to a drawing to win great prizes such as a FREE Month’s Dues, tickets to the Wine Train, Dinner for Two, a One-Hour massage and more!

What other prizes can I earn?
There is a prize list for every year with a variety of prizes from 50 credits up to a maximum of 1,000 credits. Prizes range from Café drinks to movie tickets, massages, personal training, or Visa cards!

How many credits is it really possible to earn?
If you workout 4 days each week and include all 3 exercise components you’ll earn 12 credits a week or 624 for the year. This just includes regular workouts and not the extra credits you can earn for coming to a team-taught class or a free Fitness Floor monthly clinic.

To really earn credits in a big way, keep your eyes open for “double credit” events, Fitness Floor contests, and special programs where you can earn mega credits for taking certain classes or doing certain exercises.

How do I cash in my credits for prizes?
Bring your stamped calendar to the Front Desk to collect a prize. Count your credits beforehand so you know what you have earned. The Front Desk will highlight the credits you’re “cashing in” and give you your prize or a voucher for your prize. The voucher will tell you where to collect your prize (Café, Massage Therapist, etc.).

Why should I bother?
We all know how rewarding it is to workout. We feel good, we’re less stressed, we have fun, we know we’re doing something good for ourselves and we look better. Tracking your workouts is an acknowledgement for yourself and from the club that you’re sticking with your program. Once you begin you may be motivated to try something new, workout more, add stretching to your regime or bring a friend to workout with you. Becoming involved with many different activities will keep your workouts fresh and fun! And, we know motivation and enjoying our workouts are the keys to staying active.

Plus, you could start a little friendly competition with your workout buddy – now that is always a good motivator!

Miscellaneous Questions:
