Would you like to ground your energy more effectively, providing
yourself and others with more support and stability?
Would you like to live more courageously with your heart open?
In this two hour yoga workshop, we will focus on opening and
connecting the base and heart centers. We will begin with
Mulabandha or root lock, awakening the Muladhara or base chakra.
We will then explore standing poses to ground the legs, connect
with earth, and provide a stable base. The heart will then be opened
with back bends, allowing the Anahatha center to blossom.
You will leave this workshop feeling more grounded, present, and
open-hearted.
All levels are welcome to this safe, nonjudgmental environment.
