As a new member you will have two complimentary appointments with one of our expert fitness staff members. They’ll help you set fitness goals, create an exercise program specific to your needs and abilities, and acquaint you with our equipment. Free check-ins are available every three months.

Individual and small group personal training is offered at reasonable rates by our nationally certified staff. Strength training, Pilates exercises, and weight management are featured disciplines.

Benecia Zuniga
Benecia is a recent graduate of Sonoma State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer. Benecia has completed over 500 hours as a student athletic trainer for Santa Rosa Junior College, studying and practicing sports medicine. A terrific motivator, Benecia’s energy is contagious to everyone around her. “I believe that as a fitness professional I have the ability and the obligation to help people to enjoy a fun, fit life. You may have specific limitations or might dislike a specific exercise, and that is fine… There is always a fun and effective alternative.” |

Erik Brown
B.A. in Psychology, SSU. Certified by ACE, Reebok Group Cycling and AIFE-Older Adult Fitness Certified. Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor since 2002. Erik enjoys working with adults and seniors of all fitness levels. |

Jared Diaz
Jared is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer since 2006 with a personal focus on overall health and well-being. Over the last six years Jared has been into body building, circuit training, and health as well as a passion for working with children and fitness. He loves to stay active, and in addition to holding a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, he enjoys basketball, backpacking and hiking, rock climbing and water sports.

Jennifer Hampson
Jennifer holds a Bachelors in Dance at the Barat College School of the Arts with an emphasis on Anatomy and Kinesiology. She has a Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been a fitness enthusiast for several years. With a professional dance career that spans 20 years, she has taught movement of the human body to students of all types, all ages, and all abilities. Her background in both performance and instruction has generated a natural and particular interest in core stabilization and balance training. Jennifer, who can still be seen occasionally in the dance studio, enjoys climbing, competing in triathlons, and pursuing her other careers as “mom” and professional photographer. |

Lilli Inman
Lilli has worked as Group Exercise Instructor since 1983, leading a wide range of group fitness classes in Marin, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Sonoma counties. She obtained her Aerobic Certification from Cal State Hayward in 1986, was certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of Amercia (AFAA) as Group Exercise Instructor in1998, and certified as a Senior Fitness Instructor and Prenatal Fitness Instructor in 2000. In 2003 Lilli shifted her focus to personal training and was certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as Personal Trainer. Lilli is very active in martial arts and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her other hobbies include skiing, cycling, and gardening. "I believe there is a fitness format for every stage of your life, and that maintaining physical fitness can not only enhance your lifestyle, but also aid mental well being." |

Sabrina Mitchell
Sabrina Mitchell has worked as a Group Exercise Instructor for the Parkpoint Club since 1985 and has been certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as Group Exercise Instructor since 1991. In 2004 she was certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as Personal Trainer. She currently teaches a number of group exercise formats, including cycling, muscle workouts, and water classes. Her specialty is strengthening the core. Sabrina enjoys skiing and boating with her family, dining and traveling.

Vicky McEnhill
Vicky was certified in 1997 at the renowned Cooper Institute in Arizona in Personal Training, Biomechanics of Strength Training, and Personal Training for the Senior Population. Vicky is an avid cyclist, runner and mountain climber. Although she trains individuals of all levels of fitness, she specializes in serving the senior population. In her free time Vicky enjoys running, reading, and spending family time with her twins Jack and Emma. “I believe that the heart is the most important muscle in your body. Your body loves to move and be challenged, so take the time to build a good physical foundation and then you can construct and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle. Pain is Insane!” |
