Benecia Zuniga
Benecia is a recent graduate of Sonoma State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer. Benecia has completed over 500 hours as a student athletic trainer for Santa Rosa Junior College, studying and practicing sports medicine. A terrific motivator, Benecia’s energy is contagious to everyone around her. “I believe that as a fitness professional I have the ability and the obligation to help people to enjoy a fun, fit life. You may have specific limitations or might dislike a specific exercise, and that is fine… There is always a fun and effective alternative.” |

Dahdri McCormick
Dahdri McCormick (Fitness and Group Exercise Director) holds a BS degree in Food Science and Nutrition from SDSU and a professional certificate in Health Mgmt/Fitness instruction from UCSD. With over 29 years in the fitness industry, Dahdri holds numerous certifications in personal training, pilates, aquatic fitness and group exercise. Dahdri specializes in core fitness, balance and stabilization training and enjoys training all fitness levels. Jen Clouse
Jen Clouse is a graduate from Concordia University Irvine with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Business. She has a Personal Training Certification from the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF). Jen has been active in Varsity Track and Cross Country at Ursuline High School and is currently the assistant Track and Cross Country coach for both Ursuline and Cardinal Newman. She specializes in all aspects of running, both recreationally and competitively, but also focuses on functional fitness training, with an emphasis on core and stability training. "I love to train all ages and levels of clients. I enjoy mixing up workouts to make them exciting, fun, but also challenging." |

Jennifer Hampson
Jennifer Hampson has a Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been competing in and coaching Triathlon for over ten years. Additionally, she holds certifications in LeMond indoor cycling and TRX suspension training. She holds a Bachelors in Dance from Barat College School of the Arts with an emphasis on Anatomy and Kinesiology. With a professional dance career that spans 20 years, she has taught movement of the human body to students of all types, ages and abilities. Her background in both sports and performing arts has generated a natural and particular interest in core stabilization and balance training, each of which act as a critical foundation of movement. On any given day, you may find her on the fitness floor, on the pool deck, in the cycling studio or on the road with athletes. Krista Williams
Krista Williams is a professional certified trainer with NESTA. Her passions are widespread. Krista’s specialties include structured workouts for competitive and non-competitive outdoor sports; develop and integrate strength, flexibility and endurance training for daily functional movement. Krista is a coach and competitor in triathlons, running and is an instructor in swimming fundamentals. Krista has over six years working in the fitness field and is currently a student at Sonoma State majoring in Exercise Science. |

Lilli Inman
Lilli has worked as Group Exercise Instructor since 1983, leading a wide range of group fitness classes in Marin, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Sonoma counties. She obtained her Aerobic Certification from Cal State Hayward in 1986, was certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of Amercia (AFAA) as Group Exercise Instructor in1998, and certified as a Senior Fitness Instructor and Prenatal Fitness Instructor in 2000. In 2003 Lilli shifted her focus to personal training and was certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as Personal Trainer. Lilli is very active in martial arts and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her other hobbies include skiing, cycling, and gardening. Nina Joly
Trained in Pilates Mat and Apparatus through the highly regarded Body Kinetics Studio in Mill Valley from 2005-2006. Certified by the American Council on Exercise in Group Exercise, Nina holds additional certifications in kickboxing, spinning, aqua, and NIA. Her goal for clients is to develop a fitness regime that includes cardio, strength, core strength and flexibility for a balanced and fun workout that will ultimately enhance and improve sports performances as well as functional daily movement. |

Sabrina Mitchell
Sabrina is a NASM and ACE certified Personal Trainer with decades of experience in the fitness field. She holds certifications in TRX, Cycling, Group Exercise, Pilates and Pilates Reformer I and II. She specializes in core strength training, functional training, walking and running gait analysis as well as overall strength and balance training. Sabrina has been an instructor with the Parkpoint Clubs since 1985 and teaches a number of group exercise formats, including cycling, muscle workouts, and water classes as well as offering Personal Training and Pilates Personal Training. “I want to inspire, motivate, and coach my clients so that they achieve their goals.”

Stella Lehnhoff
Parkpoint would like to welcome and introduce Stella Lehnhoff, our newest personal trainer! Stella has recently moved to Sonoma County from Florida. Stella has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. Growing up as a competitive tennis player and playing in the number one spot in college for four consecutive years, she defines fitness as her passion and as an essential part of her life. Stella strives to guide her clients on learning how to integrate fitness and wellness to obtain the greatest results. Stella's training style is functional, fun, and dynamic, and the workouts she designs will surpass your expectations. Stella currently carries a National Strength and Condition Association Certification, and she graduated from The Fitness Institute International completing 300 hours of Instruction and successfully completing both didactic and practical training. She also has CPR, AED, and First Aid. |

Vicky McEnhill
Vicky was certified in 1997 at the renowned Cooper Institute in Arizona in Personal Training, Biomechanics of Strength Training, and Personal Training for the Senior Population. Vicky is an avid cyclist, runner and mountain climber. Although she trains individuals of all levels of fitness, she specializes in serving the senior population. In her free time Vicky enjoys running, reading, and spending family time with her twins Jack and Emma. “I believe that the heart is the most important muscle in your body.
