Ava Motter
Ava is mat certified in Pilates through The Physical Mind Institute. She also has apparatus training through the Integrated Teacher Training (ITT) program. She is currently completing her mastery work at ITT. Ava has over 20 years of dance and movement experience and continues her study of Pilates. A thorough and detailed teacher, Ava brings her gentle and kind teaching style to her Pilates instruction. She enjoys working with a wide array of clients from fitness students and athletes to seniors and novice exercise students. |

Nina Joly
Trained in Pilates Mat and Apparatus through the highly regarded Body Kinetics Studio in Mill Valley from 2005-2006. Certified by the American Council on Exercise in Group Exercise, Nina holds additional certifications in kickboxing, spinning, aqua, and NIA. Her goal for clients is to develop a fitness regime that includes cardio, strength, core strength and flexibility for a balanced and fun workout that will ultimately enhance and improve sports performances as well as functional daily movement. |
