Massage therapy, once regarded as a luxury, is now considered to be an integral component in creating a healthful state of mind and body. It is the goal of every Parkpoint massage therapist to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated in mind, body and spirit.
Scheduling an Appointment
We recommend that you schedule your massage in advance whenever possible. You may schedule your massage in person or by phone through the Front Desk. Appointments are available in 1/2 hour, 1 hour, or 1 1/2 hour time periods.
Our Staff
Each member of our staff is an experienced certified therapist selected not only for their expertise and knowledge of varying modalities but also for their ability to tune into each client’s needs. They skillfully and intuitively work to release long held tensions, joint mobility restrictions, chronic muscular pain, and reduce stress and its harmful effects. Barbara Fogel
Licensed as a massage practitioner in Washington State and nationally certified, Barbara has been in private practice since 1999. Her massages are deep, nurturing and from the heart. She combines a blend of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Myofascial work, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Accupressure. Barbara enjoys collaborating with her clients to focus the massage on their personal needs be it rehabilitating from an injury or deep relaxation. |

Bonnie Clark
A therapist and healing arts practitioner in massage, yoga and nutrition since 1991 Bonnie is certified in Swedish, Refexology, Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral, Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Creative Healing, Shiatsu-Breeman and Thai massage and Integrative Yoga Therapy. Her massages are a sensitive mix of these modalities designed to address the client’s needs ranging from spa massages to healing, therapeutic massage. |

A therapist since 1974 Jan integrates a variety of techniques into her massages including Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Trigger Point, breathing techniques and yoga stretches. She focuses on stress reduction and relaxation through firm, deep pressure and long strokes, as she offers a general and thorough tune up of body and mind in her energy related bodywork. |

Lani Basich
Certified in massage through the well-respected National Holistic Institute in Petaluma, Lani completed 720 hours of coursework to obtain her massage certification. Working since 2008 Lani's certification includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapies, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Trigger Points, Accupressure, Shiatsu and Energy work. Her deeply nurturing massages are thoroughly relaxing and rejuvenating. |

Natalie Slanina
A Certified Massage therapist since 2001, Natalie obtained her certification as a Feldenkrais Practitioner in 2007 after four years of study. She incorporates deep pressure work, Feldenkrais, Trigger Points, stretches and gentle movement with Swedish-Esalen. Through her highly skilled touch and intuition, Natalie brings her clients into harmony with their bodies, creating a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. |

Nikki Nicodemus
Nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Nikki has practiced since 1984. She is also certified as a Sports Massage Therapist, and her extensive training sports medicine and related disciplines complements her focus with Hanna Somatics, a method facilitating the release of chronic neuromuscular holding patterns producing pain and restricted movement. Nikki’s massages are particularly effective at addressing rehabilitation issues, as well as being relaxing and soothing. |

PJ has been a massage therapist since 1995. She is a highly skilled therapist trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Lomi, Stretching and Watsu. She has worked at the Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa as well as providing massage for the Gaige House Inn. PJ creates a safe and nurturing environment through the quality of her touch and caring presence. Her work is tailored to each individual client and their needs. A therapist since 1986, Sandra is trained Swedish-Esalen, Deep Tissue and Shiatsu. She is also certified in Watsu, a relaxing combination of stretching and pressure point work performed in a heated pool.
