Sabrina Mitchell

Sabrina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Reebok Certified Cycling Instructor, & has taken numerous courses & trainings over the years. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor with Parkpoint since 1985 & specializes in both strength & effective cardio training. As a Pilates Personal Trainer, Sabrina trained with Balanced Body University & completed Levels I–IV in reformer as well as mat training. With her diverse background, Sabrina is able to train clients of all ages & fitness levels either on the fitness floor or in the Pilates Studio. She specializes in addressing muscular imbalances, strengthening & stabilizing the core, and staying fit as we age. Sabrina has the unique ability to connect with any individual & create a program based on their needs & abilities. “I want to inspire, motivate, & coach my clients so that they achieve their goals.”

Ava Motter

Ava is mat certified in Pilates through The Physical Mind Institute. She also has apparatus training through the Integrated Teacher Training (ITT) program. She is currently completing her mastery work at ITT. Ava has over 20 years of dance & movement experience & continues her study of Pilates. A thorough & detailed teacher, Ava brings her gentle & kind teaching style to her Pilates instruction. She enjoys working with a wide array of clients from fitness students & athletes to seniors & novice exercise students. “I enjoy training with a wide array of clients from fitness students & athletes to seniors & novice exercise students.”

Heather Visser

Heather is trained in STOTT Pilates and has also trained with Connalee Weinberg of Mindful Spine in Healdsburg & is certified through Monica Anderson of Tone Fitness in Santa Rosa. Heather has worked with physical therapists rehabbing patients, dancers, & the general population. She is also a Zumba certified & Barre toning teacher. Her current achievements include starting her own dance studio, Synergique, teaching dance at Sonoma State University, & creating Club 6 Being the Change, a dance party promoting positive movement for youth. Heather looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm combined with extensive knowledge of the body & 15 plus years of dance, Pilates, & fitness. “Discover balance, peace, & joy through limitless movements to ignite your soul.”
