Deena Broderick

Deena has been practicing Pilates Mat since 1998 & is certified through the Physical Mind Institute. She was certified in Apparatus by Balanced Body University & is also a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA. Deena currently teaches Pilates Mat classes at Parkpoint. She specializes in core stability using props & balance tools to focus on those muscle groups that are underused in our day-to-day habitual patterns of movement. Deena believes that her “empathetic, encouraging teaching style inspires her students to work toward better balance, strength integration, and spinal alignment thus improving the body’s overall wellness.”

Sabrina Mitchell

Sabrina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Reebok Certified Cycling Instructor, & has taken numerous courses & trainings over the years. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor with Parkpoint since 1985 & specializes in both strength & effective cardio training. As a Pilates Personal Trainer, Sabrina trained with Balanced Body University & completed Levels I–IV in reformer as well as mat training. With her diverse background, Sabrina is able to train clients of all ages & fitness levels either on the fitness floor or in the Pilates Studio. She specializes in addressing muscular imbalances, strengthening & stabilizing the core, and staying fit as we age. Sabrina has the unique ability to connect with any individual & create a program based on their needs & abilities. “I want to inspire, motivate, & coach my clients so that they achieve their goals.”

Ava Motter

Ava is mat certified in Pilates through The Physical Mind Institute. She also has apparatus training through the Integrated Teacher Training (ITT) program. She is currently completing her mastery work at ITT. Ava has over 20 years of dance & movement experience & continues her study of Pilates. A thorough & detailed teacher, Ava brings her gentle & kind teaching style to her Pilates instruction. She enjoys working with a wide array of clients from fitness students & athletes to seniors & novice exercise students. “I enjoy training with a wide array of clients from fitness students & athletes to seniors & novice exercise students.”
