What is Pilates?

The Pilates method of body conditioning was originally created for rehabilitation purposes, and popularized by dancers and athletes to strengthen and lengthen the body while improving flexibility and alignment.

Parkpoint offers a full schedule of group Pilates classes on the mat. Mat classes, offered several times a week to all levels, are drop-in and free to all members. See the regular class schedule for specific days and times.

Pilates Open Studio

The Pilates Open Studio at Sonoma Parkpoint has some exciting changes. The hours have been extended and the pricing has been reduced! 

New Open Studio Hours

  • Wednesday 7:00 am – 9:00 am - with Enrica Poore
  • Thursday 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - with Flo Shields
  • First Saturday of each month 9:00 am - 11:00 am - with Rickee Raney

Take advantage of a great flat rate for Open Studio. By using at least 2 sessions per month of your Pilates Personal Trainer Package, you get access to any or all of the Open Studio hours for only $25 per month. This is an incredible deal!
