Ed Mount


Personal Trainer since 1985. Ed specializes in Neurological and Orthopedic Rehabilitative Exercise. He is a specialist in Senior Adult Exercise and Balance Training. He enjoys teaching High Intensity Sports Training for individuals of all ability levels.

Elizabeth Herman

Elizabeth Herman


Elizabeth is ACSM certified in Personal Training with a Masters degree in Education. Elizabeth enjoys helping people of all ages recognize their abilities and achieve their personal fitness goals. In her spare time, Elizabeth likes to exercise, knit, challenge her mind with crossword puzzles and volunteer in the community.

Greg Lewis

Greg Lewis


Greg has been interested in fitness for many years and started lifting weights in high school. He is recently certified through NASM and is a multi-record holding power lifter and competitive body builder. He specializes with individuals looking to increase core strength and helping members redefine their high intensity cardio.

He is currently continuing his education toward a degree in Kinesiology, with a focus on expanding his knowledge of fitness and health to assist members with their personal health goals. His hobbies include art, sculpting, hiking and biking.

B.S. in Kinesiology specializing in Adult Fitness,. Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2001. Kiersten enjoys training people of all ages and physical abilities.
Kim Pauley

Kim Pauley


Kim is Pilates Certified through Carol Appel Pilates Plus and Stamina Mind*Body Fitness in both Mat and Reformer. Kim has been the Group Exercise Director at the Sonoma Club since 1982 and a Certified Personal Trainer and Instructor through (ACE) American Council on Exercise for over 25 years. Kim enjoys all types of Personal Training including training with weights; the Pilates Reformer or Pilates Mat Training. Kim is conscientious with her clients to make sure that they are trained according to their particular fitness level as well as, other body considerations of the client.

Philip Dresser


Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) and cycling coach. A competitive endurance cyclist, Philip will blend his knowledge of both cardio and strength training to build a fitness program that will bring the changes you are looking for.
