Splish splash! Jump in for an invigorating workout in the pool! Our certified staff offers a motivating mix of cardio, muscle, and flexibility exercises. Water Workouts are an excellent low-impact alternative to land-based exercise for both women and men of all fitness levels. Please see the current schedule for class days and times.

Charleen Price
Charleen Price has been an active member of the health and fitness industry since 1982. Her primary focus in the past 20 years has been in water fitness and body mechanics, which includes body alignment, posture and pilates. She has been a group fitness instructor for the Parkpoint Club since 1991, in addition to starting up several group classes throughout Sonoma Valley. She has also taught Pilates classes for the Sonoma adult education program and worked privately with clients recovering from accidents/injury Through her strong interest in health and fitness she maintains a positive balance in her life between her professional, personal and community Life.

Enrica Poore
Enrica started her exercise career 23 years ago as a Group X Instructor and Personal Trainer in the field of Fitness. Her interest in fitness for the whole body led her to expand her training to include Pilates and Aqua Aerobics.
She has 11 years of Pilates training and was certified with Monica Anderson (Gold Certified Pilates Method Alliance Teacher) and through Stott Pilates International. She also holds certifications through ACE, *AFAA.
Enrica encourages her students to explore Aqua aerobics. This is an excellent way to get a super cross training to complement all types of fitness programs. The water besides having awesome resistance factors built in, is also forgiving to any injuries that might be holding a current exerciser back from doing other physical activities.
Enrica has always been sensitive to the need of mixing up exercise routines to see a greater change in over all health. She is dedicated to working with her clients to develop a program that brings each person a wonderful sense of strength, awareness, balance and well-being.
Kymry Borkenhagen
Kymry has been an instructor at Parkpoint Club for over 20 years and is a Certified Group X Instructor specializing in Water Aerobics and Zumba.
