Parkpoint and Sonoma Valley Hospital have a unique collaborative program known as Compass that provides a comprehensive and highly personalized approach to health and fitness—all in one location at our Sonoma Club!

We believe in an integrated approach to health and fitness, bringing together Parkpoint fitness professionals and Sonoma Valley Hospital clinicians. We use state-of-the-art technology to help assess your current level of health and fitness, then provide professional support to help you move past roadblocks, make needed changes, and stay accountable. Most importantly, you’ll get the plans and support you need to get results.

Our team of specialists includes Health Navigators/Coaches, Personal Trainers, and Sonoma Valley Hospital Clinicians. They will create a safe, effective program designed just for you. They will be your support team—meeting you with empathy and compassion, and supplying motivation, inspiration, and guidance.
