MEET OUR HEALTH COACH: LC ARISMAN, CHN (Certified Health Navigator)
Graduate of UC Berkeley, Sonoma State University: Patient Navigator Program
LC specializes in identifying potential barriers to health and fitness and discovering ways to maneuver around them. She has worked at Synergy Multidisciplinary Health Group coordinating care between Chiropractic, Medical, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy. An internship with the Cancer Survivorship Program at Redwood Regional Medical Group taught her how to make difficult conversations more comfortable.

People incorporate our health and fitness programs into their lives for a variety of reasons and have different motivating factors for wanting to make changes to achieve success.
