James Burke, MS, RD offers Parkpoint members his expert, sound, and accessible nutrition advice through free talks and private consultations. James takes the mystery out of good nutrition and offers it up in easily digestible bites in his free monthly half-hour talks called Nutrition Shorts.
Schedule a private consultation with James to focus on your specific nutritional needs be they pre-diabetes or diabetes, low-fat heart-healthy, food allergies, eating disorders, or weight management. Using information about the physical and emotional aspects of your life, James will design a nutrition plan that fits the specific needs of you and your family.
James will use your nutritional habits, weight, and medical history, physical activity and current health status to evaluate the physical portion of your plan. And, because your emotional state affects your physical well being, he’ll consider all aspects of your life together to assure a plan that is realistic and enjoyable to follow.
