Anna has practiced yoga for 9 years in a variety of styles including vinyasa, bikram, iyengar, and hatha. She completed her 200-hour yoga alliance certification and later attended Level One Training with Baron Baptiste. These two styles of yoga emphasize not only proper technique, but the integration of the principles and philosophy, both on and off the mat. Anna’s gentle hands-on approach is perfect for all levels of yoga practitioners who would like the benefits of individualized instruction to improve their form, alignment or learn modifications.
Donna has been an Aquatics and Fitness professional for 30 years, teaching all levels of swimming and water exercise. She is passionate about water exercise and her enthusiasm is matched by her expertise! She has a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and did her Masters thesis research at Sonoma State on the Effects of Pre-Operative Water Exercise for Total Knee Replacement Patients. She created the Water Fitness programs at the Finley Aquatic Center here in Santa Rosa that includes Aquatic Therapy, has taught classes and trained aquatic fitness instructors there for 18 years and has taught aquatics and yoga at the SRJC for 13 years.

John Adams has been a Fitness Instructor since 1999 and has been with Parkpoint Club since 1998. He is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Keiser Cycling certificate as well. John is also an instructor at the Santa Rosa Junior College where he is as an Instructional Assistant for Adaptive PE classes. With this background John not only serves the general population, but athletes and those individuals rehabilitating from injuries. In his free time John enjoys cycling, playing drums, listening it music, spending time with his daughter, and keeping active and staying in shape.

Krista Williams is a professional certified trainer with NESTA. Her passions are widespread. Krista’s specialties include structured workouts for competitive and non-competitive outdoor sports; develop and integrate strength, flexibility and endurance training for daily functional movement. Krista is a coach and competitor in triathlons, running and is an instructor in swimming fundamentals. Krista has over six years working in the fitness field and is currently a student at Sonoma State majoring in Exercise Science.
Lana Pacheco is the Santa Rosa Fitness Director. She holds a B.A. in Physical Education from the California State University in Northridge and holds multiple national certifications. Her certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and is certified in Weight Management through NASM as well. Lana is also LeMond RevMaster Cycle certified and TRX certified. Lana has been a Personal Trainer since 1992. She’s been on the fitness staff at Parkpoint since 1994. With her extensive background, Lana is a valuable resource for both members and the training staff. She trains all fitness levels and all ages from athletes to those rehabilitating from injuries. In her spare time Lana enjoys working out, hanging out and wave-watching.

ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Keiser Indoor Cycling Instructor and USA Triathlon certified. Layne is a passionate cyclist, triathlon competitor and a six-time Ironman finisher. He has been a cycling instructor for Parkpoint since 2009 as well as a triathlon coach. As a discerning listener and an enthusiastic motivator dedicated to meeting the needs and interests of his clients, he is very skilled in training individuals of all abilities.
A NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, Nick has a sports background that includes golf, basketball, and competitive sand volleyball, as well as experience as a high school basketball coach. He has been a valued staff member on the Parkpoint Fitness Floor since 2009. Nick trains individuals of all fitness levels and his sports experience makes him a great trainer for golfers, basketball players, and other sports aficionados as he knows what it takes to train and play.
Sabrina has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years and is dedicated to ongoing education and training. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Reebok Certified Cycling Instructor, and has taken numerous courses and trainings over the years. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor with Parkpoint since 1985 and specializes in both strength and effective cardio training. As a Pilates Personal Trainer, Sabrina trained with Balanced Body University and completed Levels I – IV in reformer as well as mat training. With her diverse background Sabrina is able to train clients of all ages and fitness levels either on the fitness floor or in the Pilates Studio. She specializes in addressing muscular imbalances, strengthening and stabilizing the core and staying fit as we age. Sabrina has the unique ability to connect with any individual and create a program based on their needs and abilities.
