
What is Pilates?
The Pilates method of body conditioning was originally created for rehabilitation purposes and popularized by dancers and athletes to strengthen and lengthen the body while improving flexibility and alignment.
Parkpoint offers a full schedule of group Pilates classes on the mat. Mat classes, offered several times a week to all levels, are drop-in and free to all members. See the regular class schedule for specific days and times.
