Splish splash! Jump in for an invigorating workout in the pool! Our certified staff offers a motivating mix of cardio, muscle, and flexibility water exercises. Water Workouts are an excellent low-impact alternative to land-based exercise for both women and men of all fitness levels. Please see below for class days and times.
