If you do not yet have a user name and password
If you do not have a user name and password you will need to create one.
CLICK here or go to www.parkpointhealthclub.com and click on “My Account” Click on the link “Forgot password/Create Login?” You will need to enter your email address. Your user name and password will be sent to this email. Once you receive your login information return to the website www.parkpointhealthclub.com and click on “My Account”. Use the user name and password provided in the email. Once entered it will ask for the “old password” (the one you just used) and a new password and new password confirmation. Once logged in you will be able to change your user name. See directions below.

If you can't remember your user name and/or password
At www.parkpointhealthclub.com click on “My Account.” Click on the link “Forgot password/ Create Login?” You will be asked to verify your email address (this email address must match the address we have on your Parkpoint account). Once this address is verified you will be emailed your new information.
To change your user name and/or password
Once logged into your account you will see a menu on the left hand side. Click on “change username/password.” If you would like to change your username, edit in the username field (YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE THE PASSWORD CHANGE TO SAVE A USERNAME CHANGE). You can also just change your password by completing to old and new password fields.
To check your attendance
Once logged in (please see above) you can select “Member Attendance Report” from the menu on the left. Select the desired date range and click on “Show Report.”
